  17. <p>     Duilio Baltodano, Nicaragua's Attorney General, faces the
  18. daunting task of trying to return to the original owners
  19. millions of dollars' worth of property confiscated by the
  20. Sandinistas. Baltodano has logged more than 6,000 restitution
  21. claims, but one particular petition has caught his attention:
  22. a large house occupied since 1979 by former Sandinista President
  23. Daniel Ortega. The motion to evict Ortega will probably be
  24. decided in June, and Baltodano seems confident of success.
  25. There's just one catch. If the former President refuses to move,
  26. the task of evicting him ultimately falls to the army. And
  27. Ortega's brother Humberto still runs it.
